Ordering online provides many additional benefits such as;

What are the cutoff times for placing an order?

Same Day Orders: Cutoff time is 10:30am CST and order MUST be called into Dealer Services. Same day order only apply to instock product shipping out of the Dealer Services warehouse. For more information, call your Dealer Services Specialist at 800-780-2402.

Web Orders: Cutoff time is 3:45pm CST. Orders will download into our system and ship the next business day. Orders placed after 3:45pm CST will download the following business day and shipped the next day.

Phone Orders: Cutoff time is 5:00pm CST daily. Orders placed after 5:00pm CST will be entered the next business day and shipped the following day.

 

Is there a minimum quantity or dollar amount that I have to order?

There is no minimum dollar amount required to place an order. You may be required to order some products in a minimum or multiple quantity, these quantities are defined on the website by product.

 

When will I receive my order?

In-Stock Orders: Orders will be processed and shipped via standard ground the next business day, estimated delivery 2-5 business days from the ship date depending on your location.

Custom Imprinted Orders: Standard production time is usually 10 days after proof approval. Shipping will be via standard ground and will deliver in 2-5 business days from date of ship.

Drop Ship Orders: Normally processed and shipped within 5-7 business days from the order date. Some made to order items may take 2-3 weeks to ship such as; Seatcovers, Car Covers and Dash Covers.

Estimated delivery times may vary based on the cutoff times above. Some exclusions may apply – backorders or made to order products. Contact your Dealer Services Representative at 800-780-2402 for more details.

 

Can I get my order faster?

Instock Orders: Yes, orders can be shipped via next day air or 2nd day air upon your request as long as the product is instock. Keyless Entry Batteries CANNOT be shipped air.

Drop Ship Orders: Some orders can be shipped via next day air or 2nd day air upon your request but this varies based on the manufacturer.

The only way to ensure your orders gets expedited shipping is to contact your Dealer Services Specialist to place your order and request expedited shipping. Additional freight charges will apply to expedited orders. Call your Dealer Services Specialist at 1-800-780-2402 for more information.

 

Can I have products shipped directly to my customer?

Some products can be shipped directly to your customer, please contact your Dealer Services Specialist at 800-780-2402 for more information.

 

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, most orders can only be cancelled the same day that they are placed. Cancellation requests must be called into Dealer Services. If calling in a cancellation request for a web order please have your web order ID ready. Call your Dealer Services Specialist at 800-780-2402 to submit a request or for more information.

 

Where can I find tracking information for my order?

Web Orders: Tracking for product shipping out of the Dealer Services Warehouse can be found by logging in and pulling up your order history. Tracking numbers will be listed next to each item. Tracking for Custom/Drop Ship products are not available under your order history.

Phone/Drop Ship Orders: Tracking can be obtained by contacting your Dealer Services Specialist at 800-780-2402.

 

If a product is out of stock, do you backorder?

If a product is out of stock it will be shown as “none” on your packing list. Out of stock product totaling $25.00 or more will automatically be backordered and shipped once product is available. Out of stock product totaling under $25.00 will NOT be automatically backordered. For out of stock product that will not be backordered, an  email will be sent to the contact on the original order and the dealership is responsible for re-ordering.

 

How will I be billed for Associated Products purchases?

Purchases will be billed on your Monthly Non-Vehicle Account after the order has shipped.

 

Can Associated Products be included in new vehicle financing?

Yes, TFS general policy is to allow dealers to add-on accessories as long as the customer’s credit rating can support the cost.
