Schedule regular deliveries of your Keyless Entry Batteries with Subscribe and Save for convenience and exclusive savings—including up to 10% off all Keyless Entry Batteries and free shipping*.

  • Set your schedule and your Keyless Entry Battery assortment
  • You will receive a phone call prior to your Subscribe and Save order shipping (determined by the schedule you have requested) informing you that your order is preparing to ship and to see if there are any additional instock items that you would like to add to your order.
  • Your order will ship as scheduled and your dealership will be billed accordingly

How can I figure out how often I should get my batteries delivered?

We recommend estimating how much your dealership uses every week. Once you have the weekly amount, then you can determine what schedule works best for you; monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly. Choose the assortment and desired quantity of each battery. Adjust the frequency of your Subscribe and Save order any time, if needed.

Do add-on items ship free?

Yes! Subscribe and Save customers get free shipping on all Subscribe and Save orders of $30.00 or more, additional instock merchandise that is added to this order will ship free as well. Excludes custom imprint orders and drop ship items.

Will I get the lowest available price as a Subscribe and Save customer?

Yes! As a Subscribe and Save customer, you will receive an exclusive 10% off all keyless entry batteries on every order. In addition you will receive free shipping on your Subscribe and Save order as long as the minimum requirement of $30.00 has been met. Prices on may vary, but as a Subscribe and Save customer you will always receive the lowest available price at the time of your order.


Can I change how often I get my Subscribe and Save order?

Yes! If you would like to change the frequency of your order please call 800-780-2402 and speak with Libby Hiers. You can Skip, Pause, Cancel or change the date of your order at any time.

Can I change the items in my Subscribe and Save order?

Yes! You can add one-time items to your order, and they will ship free with your Subscribe and Save order. To add a new item to your order permanently, you must contact Libby Hiers at 800-780-2402.

I've changed dealer codes. How do I update my Subscribe and Save order?

Once you have changed dealer codes you can contact us at 800-780-2402 to update your information. In the event that you have not contacted us, once we receive a new dealer code request from Toyota Motor Sales we will compare it to our subscribe and save customer list. If your dealership is on that list you will be contacted to confirm the switch of your subscribe and save order to the new dealer code.


Why did the price of the item in my Subscribe and Save order change?

Pricing may change due to business reasons, but Subscribe and Save pricing always reflects our lowest online pricing. You will be notified prior to any price changes.

What happens if the item I've scheduled for delivery is out of stock?

Associated Products will make every effort to ship all orders in full. If an item is out of stock at the time that your Subscribe and Save order will be shipping you will be notified.

Our dealership is in Hawaii or Alaska, do we qualify for Subscribe and Save?

Unfortunately at this time we are only able to offer the Subscribe and Save program to your dealership if you have your account setup to ship to a freight forwarder due to shipping limitations in these areas.
